Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or services do(es) not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at privacy@dignify.be and we will delete this information.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Dignify with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies

How do we use/process your personal data?

Dignify processes your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Sending our newsletter, company updates, targeted marketing, satisfaction surveys/studies and advertising and/or promotional offers.
2. To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services.
3. In order to carry out our contracts and obligations properly (administration, invoicing, etc.).

How do we store your personal data?

Dignify does not store your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

• Personal data of applicants will be stored for 2 years after closure of the hiring process.
• Personal data of prospects will be stored for 5 years.
• Personal data of clients will be stored during the whole duration of our contractual relationship and for 10 years thereafter.

Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data. Applicants and prospects can at any time request to remove their personal data via privacy@dignify.be.

Sharing of personal data with thirds parties

Dignify only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

What are your data protection rights?

Dignify would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The rights to access – You have the right to request Dignify for copies of your personal data. WE may charge you a small fee for the service.
  
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Dignify correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Dignify to complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Dignify erases your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Dignify restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object processing – You have the right to object to Dignify’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Dignify transfers the data tat we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at our email: privacy@dignify.be. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request.

How do we protect personal data?

Dignify takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via privacy@dignify.be.
